How fast do you respond to a new inquiry?
We get back to new inquiries within one business day, usually within a few hours during weekday business hours. The first conversation is typically a 30 minute call where we ask about your business, your competitive context in Chicago, and what you have tried before. There is no high-pressure pitch on that call. We will tell you whether your situation is one we are confident we can move and how we would approach it.
What kind of service guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee the work, the transparency, and the strategy. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions because no agency can. What we will commit to is monthly reports that show what we did, what changed in your visibility, calls, and leads, and what the next thirty days hold. If we are not earning the relationship, we expect you to leave, and we make leaving easy.
Do you offer free consultations or audits?
Yes. The first call is free. If we move toward an engagement, the next step is a paid audit that examines your Google Business Profile, citation profile, on-page setup, and competitive landscape in Chicago. The audit produces a written roadmap with prioritized work and an honest assessment of timeline and investment. Many businesses use the audit alone as a second opinion on their current SEO efforts.
How do you handle payment?
Monthly billing, no setup fees, no long-term contracts. We invoice on the first of each month for the work that month. Most engagements run between four and eight thousand dollars per month depending on competitive intensity and scope. We send a clear proposal up front so there are no surprises.
How is the service area defined?
We work with Chicago and the surrounding suburbs across Cook and DuPage counties. The core service area covers Chicago neighborhoods including the Loop, River North, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Lakeview, Logan Square, and the West Loop, plus Evanston, Oak Park, Naperville, Schaumburg, Wheaton, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, and the rest of the immediate metro. If you operate inside that footprint, we are likely a fit.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
Local SEO is not an emergency service in the way HVAC is, but if something material happens to your visibility (a Google update, a profile suspension, a negative review crisis), we respond same-day during business hours and stay close to the situation. Outside of those events, regular work happens on a weekly cadence with a recurring monthly call.
What does a first month of work look like?
Two weeks of diagnostic followed by two weeks of foundational work. The diagnostic covers your Google Business Profile, citations, on-page setup, and at least five direct local competitors. The foundational work is whatever is most broken: usually citation cleanup, GBP optimization, and the highest-priority on-page fixes. By the end of month one you should see early movement in visibility metrics, and you will have a written 90-day roadmap.
How does pricing actually work?
Engagements scale with the competitive intensity of your category, the size of your service area, and the work scope. A neighborhood-only service business in a less competitive vertical might engage at a lower monthly investment than a citywide professional services firm fighting for visibility against established competitors. We give you a written proposal with the scope and investment before any work begins, so there are no surprises mid-engagement.
